Diving champion Tom Daley has appointed Carver PR for personal publicity.

The 23 year old Olympian, who recently announced he's expecting a baby via surrogate with husband Dustin Lance Black, joins the Carver PR roster alongside influencer Joe Wicks and TV personality Scarlett Moffatt.
